KELLY PNACEK
Since achieving Diamond as a Maintenance Sales Representative with ABM’s mechanical service branch in Detroit, Kelly Pnacek has led continuous improvement in multiple roles, including General Manager, Vice President of Sales, and Senior Vice President.
With over two decades experience developing sales initiatives and building best-in-class sales tools, processes, and culture, Kelly Pnacek leads ABM Franchising Group’s transformational strategy to support Linc Service and TEGG franchisee growth in an ever-evolving facilities management industry.

As Vice President of Franchising, ABM Technical Solutions, Kelly Pnacek oversees the day-to-day operations by working closely with the executive management team, more than 220 Franchise Contractors, the Advisory Council, and the staff and Principals of the franchise group.
Kelly Pnacek, along with Martin Keyser, manages a business that delivers timely solutions that differentiate and positively impact the members of each of the two franchise networks.
MARTIN KEYSER
Martin Keyser joined the company in 1986 as Assistant General Counsel of The Linc Corporation and its parent company, Limbach Holdings.
Mr. Keyser has held a variety of key positions within Linc and TEGG.
ABM Franchising Group
consists of two franchise brands:
Linc Service
and
TEGG
. He served as General Counsel, Secretary and a member of the Board of Directors of The Linc Corporation from 1992 to 2002, and became Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Limbach Holdings in 1992. In 1993, he was involved in the formation of the TEGG brand and set up TEGG's initial franchise operations. He served as Executive Vice President and Chief Legal, Risk and Acquisition Officer of Limbach Holdings until 2012, when he became Vice President - Administration of ABM Franchising Group.
Now, Mr. Keyser oversees the day-to-day operations by working closely with the executive management team, more than 220 Franchise Contractors, the Advisory Council, and the staff and Principals of the franchise group.
Martin Keyser, along with Kelly Pnacek, manages a business that delivers timely solutions that differentiate and positively impact the members of each of the two franchise networks.
Since becoming associated with TEGG we have managed to grow our commercial and industrial services and decreasing our exposure to bid projects. By growing our maintenance services we were able to increase our profit margins and lower our exposure and risks of doing constructions projects.
